What is a credit?
A prepaid unit you spend on any service. Each service has a fixed credit price, so you can mix photos and videos without a new quote each time. The bigger the plan, the less each credit costs.
How fast is delivery, really?
48–72 working hours from the moment your products, brief and payment are in. Rush delivery: 36 hours for +50 %.
What if I don't like a shot?
One edit round per photo or video is free: colours, crop, retouching, music or text. A new shoot is a new request. If you're really unhappy with the result, we return the credits.
Is any of this AI-generated?
No. Every photo and video is shot by real people in a real studio. Since August 2026, EU law requires AI-generated media to be labelled. Our content never needs that label.
What happens to my products after the shoot?
Subscribers can keep products at our studio for future shoots, with no need to ship them again. Otherwise, we send them back after the shoot. Storage is free while your subscription runs. We store products that keep at room temperature, so no food.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Upgrade any time. A downgrade starts from your next billing. Cancel any time by email: the current month runs to its end and nothing more is billed. Subscriptions have a 3-month minimum.
