How fast is delivery, really?
48–72 hours from your products arriving at the studio to finished files in your library. Pro gets priority.
What if I don't like a shot?
One revision per photo or video is always free. Your products are usually still on our shelf, so a re-shoot is a message, not a new project.
Do unused credits expire?
They roll over for 3 months. A quiet month is never wasted.
Is any of this AI-generated?
No. Every photo and video is shot by real people in a real studio. Since August 2026, EU law requires AI-generated media to be labelled — our content never needs that label.
How do actor videos work?
The video is a fixed credit price. A speaking actor is an add-on that includes script writing. The actor's own fee is added at cost, without markup.
What happens to my products after the shoot?
They ship straight back. Subscribers can leave frequently-shot products on our shelf, so re-shoots need no shipping.
